Q: FAQ about Drug TestingWhat is E-Compliance?

A: E-Compliance is a brand new service that allows our clients to go online and instantly make changes to their Random Drug Testing Information. Next time the CHP shows up, you can print out all the records you need right then. When your company hires or terminates employees you can update that information without having to fax paperwork and make phone calls. E-Compliance's information is always the most up to date that we have on record.

Q: How do I get my test results?

A: The preferred method is electronically, through email, fax or website. If none of these are available then other arrangements can be made.

Q: Does Consortium Compliance's program meet the random selection requirements of the Department of Transportation (DOT)?

A: Yes, we automatically select for random testing based on the percentages set forth by the DOT.  We provide notification of testing to the Designated Employer Representative via secure email, fax or through the mail.
